A baseball skill competition for boys and girls ages 7-14 will be held at the Carleton Davidson Stadium.  For further information click on the Special Events page. This event is FREE.  (Note:  metal spikes are not permitted.)

National Trail T-Ball

 

A non-competitive baseball experience for 5 and 6 year olds. The league will be conducted over a four week / twice weekly. The program will utilize small bats, batting T's, grass fields, and "Incrediballs". The program is conducted on grass at the Eagle City  Soccer Complex twice weekly.  Individual registrations accepted only and the registration fee is $22 per participant.  Registration is limited to 120 participants.   All participants will receive a hat and shirt.

Sandlot Baseball

 

Leagues are open to boys and girls ages 6 - 15 and are organized in 4 age divisions: 6 & 8 - Rookie League, 9 &10 - Rising Stars, 11 & 12 - Minor League and 13 - 15 - Major League.  Rules, equipment and base distances vary to the age division. The fee is $22 per participant. Games are scheduled June through July. No team registrations will be accepted, individual registrations only.  Participants will receive a hat and shirt.

League - 18 and under

Team registrations are taken for this competitive league, for young people 18 and under.  The registration fee is $400 per team.

 

Junior Division League - 16 and under

Team registrations are taken for this competitive league, for young people 16 and under.  Schedules and facilities are provided by the District and teams are organized by invitation of team managers. The registration fee is $400 per team. For league information, 328-PARK.

Hall of Fame Baseball Camp     June 22 – 25 (rain date June 26)  

For Youths ages 7 - 14  

The Springfield/Clark County Baseball Hall of Fame will conduct this one week day camp.  Campers will receive a comprehensive experience to all aspects of the game of baseball from Clark County's all time great baseball players and coaches.  The camp is for young people ages 7 -14, held at the held at the Carleton Davidson Stadium and other nearby fields (if necessary) in Springfield from 9:00am - 12:00pm.   All campers will receive a T-shirt. Bring a baseball glove and bat (if you have one).
