Simon Kenton Trail

Hit the highlights of Clark County as your bike, walk, run or otherwise journey across the unique features and backdrops of the Simon Kenton Trail. The 18 miles of paved trail extends the Little Miami Trail corridor north from downtown Springfield to Urbana and intersects the Buck Creek Trail behind Carleton Davidson Stadium. Along the way, you’ll cross an abandoned rail bridge, encounter the ECO Sports Corridor, stroll by the rolling countryside of Ohio on your way to or from Urbana, and have plenty of pit stops at National Trail facilities like Splash Zone and the Eagle City Road Soccer Complex. The Simon Kenton Trail is ADA-accessible and provides numerous access points for people of all abilities. Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache container hidden at that location.
