To commemorate the 35th Anniversary of the Cincinnati Reds (Big Red Machine) 1975 World Championship there is an exhibit honoring Springfield native and Hall of Famer,  Will McEnaney and his role as left-handed reliever on that team.

Nomination forms for the 2011 Induction Class of the Springfield/Clark County Baseball Hall of Fame are now available. Teams or individuals may be nominated by anyone in the Springfield/Clark County community. For individuals, the person nominated should have made a significant contribution to local baseball locally, nationally or internationally and can include players, coaches, sponsors, umpires, media members and administrators. Team nominations should be for teams that have brought recognition to themselves and the community.

 

Deadline to register: October  1, 2010
