Autumn Tree ID Walk

Learn the basics of tree identification using the leaves and other characteristics on this
hour long walk. The walk will begin at the Oval Shelter House which is located across from the lagoon and green bridge in Snyder Park. The walk is free of charge. Call 328-PARK for more details.

This 212-acre
park includes an 18 hole golf course, restaurant,
6 hard tennis courts, picnicking areas, shelter houses, ball diamonds,
horseshoe pits, wooded preserves, fishing without a license, and the Old
Stone Bridge.
The Dredge Tennis Center's hard courts
are open during daylight hours, for free play.
Picnic
Shelters that can be reserved at Snyder Park:
Beginning January 3, you may reserve a picnic shelter. They can be
reserved from April 1 to October 1. Without a reservation, shelters are
available on a first come, first served basis. The non-refundable
reservation fee is $35 per shelter.
