Backyard Conservation Workshop
April 4th and 6th
National Trail Parks and Recreation District Office

This free workshop demonstrates how plants, trees, and other natural features can beautify your home and help protect local water quality. Topics include composting, rain gardens, rain barrels, wildlife habitat, and tree plantings. A rain barrel and compost bin will be given away to a workshop attendee!

Kids will have fun while learning about nature on this new program. The theme for May will be gardening. Learn how to plant a garden, participate in games, arts and crafts and more. Participants should wear appropriate shoes and clothing for outside play. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. For more information call 328-PARK.
