Join us for a fun filled night out with friends or if you just need some ‘me’ time at card making and scrapbooking. Supplies and instructions are provided for 4 –5 card projects. Srapbookers will work on their own projects, at their own pace. Pre-registration is required for this National Trail program, call 328—PARK to register.
Tai Chi in the Park

The benefits of Tai Chi are many. If you are looking for a low-impact, relaxing form of exercise while enjoying the out doors, attend the free demonstration class at Veterans Park. It is a series of slow motion movements that reduce stress, keep the mind sharp, and help maintain the bodies suppleness and strength. Space in class is limited. Zumba Fitness Class

Trail Walkers
Ages: 18 and Older
Tuesdays

The Trail Walkers is a walking program conducted by National Trail Parks and Recreation District, which highlights the multi-purpose trail system while promoting fitness, fellowship and fun. These guided, self paced walks begin at 10:00 a m on Tuesdays. Health screenings are offered the first Tuesday of each month and are provided by the Clark County Combined Health District. The 2013 Trail Walkers Program is sponsored by Richards, Raff and Dunbar Memorial Home and Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
Zumba Gold Fitness Class

Zumba Gold is a National Trail Parks and Recreation District drop-in dance fitness class that feels friendly and most of all fun. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves for a lower impact workout that is appropriate for any age as well as beginners. Space in class is limited.
